Meet Calamares: the restaurant with approx. 35 kinds of delicious fish, in a Moroccan atmosphere.

You can’t even guess how many different kinds of fish exist before you see it with your own eyes. At Calamares you have plenty of choice and - because you probably can’t recognize the fish without their supermarket labels - you’ll just have to pick them randomly based on what looks best in your eyes.

How it works

Step in, make your pick, have everything weighed (and test your guessing skills for a second time: make sure you round up around 1kg for two persons, unless you’re up for more of course), and get your number. Then your numbered plate gets a spot in the cue while you walk to your table and wait for everything to be prepared.

So, no menu?

That’s right, no menu. One kilo of fish costs € 16,5. You can get an extra salad for € 4 (small) or € 7.5 (large) but rest assured: small is already big! Other extras are bread (always included) and fries (on demand: € 2 / € 3). Long story short: usually you walk out with a bill of € 20 for two persons, friendly service included, for a royal meal.
